All guests must check-in at the Seascape Resort Condominiums located at 10811 San Luis Pass Rd. If arriving after 5pm guests must phone office day of arrival at 409-740-1245. ALL RESERVATIONS BOOKED VIA A GDS, TRAVEL AGENT OR WEBSITE MUST BE CANCELLED THROUGH THE SAME SYSTEM TO AVOID A NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION PENALTY. THE HOTEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS VIA TELEPHONE. DECLINED OR INVALID CREDIT CARDS WILL RESULT IN A NON-GUARANTEED BOOKING THAT THE HOTEL MAY CANCEL WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.
